  36. Hey there and thanks for stopping by! You know, it has taken me a long time to realize it, but #12 is really instrumental in keeping happy. I used to hate to exercise, but I've learned that when I do, I feel better about pretty much everything. I would also add that you should get outside as much as possible... For me, nature always has a way of helping me get in touch with myself and putting life and stressors in perspective. Great topic, Happy TT!
