Perfume for 2008

Well, speaking about scents most of us pursuantly buy the scent for the fact it smells righteously good. There are others among us who buy the perfume because of its packaging. Perfume is an important contributing factor and a nice touch accessory, like a beauteous dress or a jewelry. Perfumes or colognes is always used to enhance the smell and make our living more comfortable.

I am implying to have my annual keen and I don't think I could pretty well look over a new scent. Due to the fact that, I cannot go out of the house without a body fragrance, without perfume I always feel that I am undraped. It can be a good thing these days after the holidays, I can do a play back of the scents of 2007 and greeting 2008 with the latest new whiff.

Show & Tell - Tulips

Show and Tell
First, I would like to thank Kelli for the warm welcome and I'm looking forward to seeing you guys every friday!

Yesterday night, I went to the supermarket just shopping for our weekly needs. There were lots of things to buy whose packages are pretty good. Look what I have found!
They said "when the door leads to spring, bring those tulips in the house". The frenzied winter season is still here.... Tulips are one of my esteemed flowers, may be third one after the roses and calla lillies . They are gracefully refined and vividly distinctive. Fortunately, I am living in Europe, so its easy for me to get some of Holland tulips. Holland is the birthplace of the tulip in the spring.

Some tips who wants to travel in Holland It’s a country that have full of salutary surprises. Their local customs like handshake is the common form of greeting. Dining is fairly formal in the Holland with table manners.

Huge Ice cream cornet!

First of all, I would like to thank all the commentators and people in my chatbox.... THANK YOU SO MUCH! The answers to your questions, behind the huge ice cream cornet...(delicious entry)... It was last summer when I got this photo in Florence, Italy.

Although the exact origins of ice cream have been lost in history, there are many intriguing legends and myths which surround it. Florence, Italy claims the first ice cream known as gelato in Italy in 1565 by Bernardo Buontalenti.

The huge Ice cream cornet that I have here! The archive breaking summer heat has had us all seeking hole up the gelaterias! What a choice they have in Florence Italy, besides the classically awesome Ice cream or gelato in Italy that I had here, coffee flavor (beige color) and the yellow color was "crema" (Italian language) means cream flavor.

Whatever season, ice cream is always fabulous and delicious. Enjoy it anytime, anywhere, and hopefully in Florence, Italy!

Friday, January 4, 2008

Its delicious!

You scream, I scream, we all scream for ice cream!!!! Ice cream would probably not be good for our waistline, but its delicious!

Pleasurable traditions!

Tag from Carlota.... thanks pretty girl!

A pleasurable chinese inspired tradition.... that I doggedly believe, a fruit tray containing of 13 different kinds of round fruits, on the table by New Year's Eve. It implies wealthiness for the whole year.... he!he!he! maniwala daw ba!?! Pretty Life Online

Our tradition back home to have 12 different kinds of fruits put in white bowl, my mom wear dotted dress with pocket so she can put her 24 coins to shake when the clock struck at 12 then family gather together around the table with traditional foods and we pray. [i really missed this tradition with my family back home]. Other good luck tradition hung a grapes by the door. Carlota of My Daily Sunset2

My beloved mother told us don’t open the money pouches until a few days have passed. Traditional New Year foods are also thought to bring luck, she said 13 different kinds of fruits is good luck, and family together around tables of traditional foods. lolli of

My mom used to collect some coins and when the new year comes she put the coins in a bowl and shake it to create sounds. She said its good luck for money throughout the year. And also wearing dotted dresses on new year don’t know why. CC and chalyza and keep.

I don’t have any traditionals during New Year. Juliana RW

My old folks always told us to avoid spending money on new years day. They said, once you spend on the first day of the year, you like to spend the rest of the year. Behind d Scenes of ME and Retchel’s Pure Life and A little bit of me

I grew up believing that if you have some money on your pocket (whatever you’re wearing) come New Year’s eve it will ensure steady flow of income throughout the year. The other belief is that the main door of the house should be wide open come New Year’s eve so that good luck will be ushered in. Juliana of MY WORLD and JULIANA’S LAIR.

.... And now I’m sharing these to pretties!!! Nova, Babbles , Femikey, Joy, Kaje and Jazevox.

Copy the person and persons’ names that sent it to you and add your own at the top of the list. This help build the community.

Here goes:
