4. Contains Vitamin C and Vitamin A,
5. Contains bioflavonoids and Ellagic acid,
6. Contains Perillyl and anthocyanins.
7. Have number of anti-oxidants.
8. Beneficial in fighting some cancers.
9. Safe way to produce melatonin.
10. Prevent heart disease.
11. Alleviate pain of Arthritis, Gout and Headaches.
12. Reduce blood uric acid levels.
13. Low in calories, low in fat.

  8. I just paid $4.99 for a pound of Bing Cherries and sat and ate the whole thing. At that price, I didn't want them to spoil y'know. hehehehehe
