13 Ways to stay Happy
1. Take some time for yourself.
2. Count your blessings — but not everyday.
3. For every good deed done, reward yourself.
4. Use a happy memory as a guide.
5. Hear the music.
6. Remember to smile and laugh.
7. Balance work and home.
8. Try new things.
9. Keep expectations realistic.
10.Do something nice for someone.
11.Seek positive emotion as a path to success.
12.Move your body.
13. Live a happy and long healthy life.

ReplyDeleteHey there and thanks for stopping by! You know, it has taken me a long time to realize it, but #12 is really instrumental in keeping happy. I used to hate to exercise, but I've learned that when I do, I feel better about pretty much everything. I would also add that you should get outside as much as possible... For me, nature always has a way of helping me get in touch with myself and putting life and stressors in perspective. Great topic, Happy TT!
