Camper living has allowed us to connect with nature in a new and thrilling lifestyle. Allows us to eat when we are hungry, sleep when we are tired, relax when we feel the need it. Moving to beautiful location day by day but we regularly find ourselves with million dollar view of the nature, waking up to sunlight, birds tweeting and we fall asleep to the sound of the wind in the trees and sometimes the sounds of water splashing against the shore.  The Joys of Campervan Life

Chicken adobo with Italian seasoning

The famous Chicken Adobo originated in the Philippines, and it comes together with rice... so diet or not, this needs to be done. I always like to change things up, according to my Italian taste buds and always better the next day as leftovers — maybe it's because of the vinegar(?)Italian seasoning is a consolidation of dried herbs that includes rosemary, thyme, oregano, sage, basil, and marjoram. It is usually packaged and can be found in the spices section of your favorite grocery store. Macaroni Fruit Salad is easy to make——- now more than ever, many of us staying at home and enjoying meal with our family, a finishing touch on to sweet esteemedly Filipino dessert for special occasions like what we have now "the quarantine staycation". Ingredients : 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni 1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup condensed milk 2 cups canned fruit cocktail Optional: Parmigiano Reggiano (Parmesan Cheese) Extra dressing mayonnaise & condensed milk (according to your sweet taste) Instructions: 1. Add macaroni to the boiling water, stir and cook according to package directions, drain & let it cool. 2. Drain fruit cocktail 3. One of the best solutions to eat better at home is to plan our meals ahead. Let's have our meal on the table, week in and week out, without getting tedious repetition.    Meal planning is a personal thing, what works for your family may not work for another family. Let's find a series of changes taking place in a definite ways of living that is both enjoyable and marvelously boon.  Something came into my mind again those easy-going days, when we can  go to the supermarket anytime we need, some meat for our barbecue and  some butter for our bread, but those are breezy saucy days. Contemporaneously,  instead of letting that hold us back   today as of something requisite  to prevent food waste because we only have sometimes to make the phone errand  for our food delivery company to get our groceries or once in a while a traipse to grocery shop because of the  urge in  avoiding  "pandemic grime"  at  the supermarket.   So we need to know many ways to conserve and stor
