Tips to eat better at home

One of the best solutions to eat better at home is to plan our meals ahead. Let's have our meal on the table, week in and week out, without getting tedious repetition.  Meal planning is a personal thing, what works for your family may not work for another family. Let's find a series of changes taking place in a definite ways of living that is both enjoyable and marvelously boon. Something came into my mind again those easy-going days, when we can  go to the supermarket anytime we need, some meat for our barbecue and  some butter for our bread, but those are breezy saucy days. Contemporaneously,  instead of letting that hold us back  today as of something requisite to prevent food waste because we only have sometimes to make the phone errand  for our food delivery company to get our groceries or once in a while a traipse to grocery shop because of the  urge in  avoiding  "pandemic grime"  at  the supermarket.  So we need to know many ways to conserve and store the food products that we buy and increase their product-puff-life.  But for some people, it's easy to know how and get started. It's been 2 months that we are in our quarantine lifestyle. I have learned and got some witch hunts that are worth sharing.  The food products storage approach
