Camper living has allowed us to connect with nature in a new and thrilling lifestyle. Allows us to eat when we are hungry, sleep when we are tired, relax when we feel the need it. Moving to beautiful location day by day but we regularly find ourselves with million dollar view of the nature, waking up to sunlight, birds tweeting and we fall asleep to the sound of the wind in the trees and sometimes the sounds of water splashing against the shore.  The Joys of Campervan Life

The famous Chicken Adobo originated in the Philippines, and it comes together with rice... so diet or not, this needs to be done. I always like to change things up, according to my Italian taste buds and always better the next day as leftovers — maybe it's because of the vinegar(?)Italian seasoning is a consolidation of dried herbs that includes rosemary, thyme, oregano, sage, basil, and marjoram. It is usually packaged and can be found in the spices section of your favorite grocery store. Macaroni Fruit Salad is easy to make——- now more than ever, many of us staying at home and enjoying meal with our family, a finishing touch on to sweet esteemedly Filipino dessert for special occasions like what we have now "the quarantine staycation". Ingredients : 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni 1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup condensed milk 2 cups canned fruit cocktail Optional: Parmigiano Reggiano (Parmesan Cheese) Extra dressing mayonnaise & condensed milk (according to your sweet taste) Instructions: 1. A popular bakery nibble-snack from the Philippines with a sweet buttery filling , but no one can wholly explain how it primed to get its name "Spanish bread(?)". Bread Dough 200 ml  evaporated  milk,   10 grams of   active dry yeast, 4 and 1/2   cup   all-purpose flour ( reserve 1/2 cup for kneading), 1/2  tsp   salt,   3/4   cup   sugar, 1/3   cup  vegetable  oil, 2 large eggs, 3/4   cup   bread crumbs (for bread coating), water (for brushing). Bread Filling 1/4   cup   all-purpose flour, 1/3   cup   butter, 2/3   cup  white or brown  sugar, 1/3   cup   evaporated milk. Binangkal  is a  button down snack from the islands of Visayas and Mindanao in the Philippines. Guts you need: 2 1/2 cups all- purpose flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 200 ml evaporated milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional), 2 tbsp vegetable oil or butter, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup sesame seeds, vegetable oil (for frying). Cooking  Agendum: Put together the dry ingredients (all- purpose flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl, admix them. Bunch up all the wet ingredients (milk, oil, and vanilla extract) in a separate bowl. Admix them well. Combine the dry ingredients to the bowl and wet ingredients  then mix remarkably. Fashionably spade a tablepoon of the dough to form a small balls. Splash the sesame seeds into a plate and roll the balls into the plate of sesame seeds until fully covered.
