A delightful chinese inspired tradition.... that I staunchly believe and I made my job today to have some of this fruits....... Now, is the perfect time to have and buy some fruits... This might be a unique answer to your new year belief. A fruit tray..... containing of 13 different kinds of round fruits, on the table by New Year's Eve. It signifies abundance and having enough for the whole year through.... Happy New Year Everyone!

I find over autumn and winter sluggish season, I'm having trouble getting back into the spring and summer things. One reason is that, I don’t like going to the gym working out.... LOL! when I try to do something I really don’t want to do it--- I find a million reasons to put it off.... Now, off to a great start! I need to kick on! I really need to fight and no matter what I have to workout! The best holiday gift I have ever received was an elliptical trainer from my husband... Yessss!!! The best holiday gift I got an "elliptical trainer" is an anchored exercise machine used to simulate walking or running.

wordless wednesday We visited Switzerland last summer, along the way from Interlaken to Luzern, Switzerland we saw these great amazing view. I can't remember the name of the place. Does anybody know this place?

We're spending our second christmas together! Our home continue through our second Christmas, as husband and wife. We have the distinct pleasure of having not one, but two. And it feels so very good to enjoy the journey and the drive of life... to be happy ..... to smile .... and sing the carols of Christmas. To make light and to have more light into our lives. The light filtered softly through the branches of the tree. Christmas is a combination of worldly and religious traditions. Christmas tradition and custom are different in every country so we have to do old traditions, and light up new traditions since we are living outside of the Philippines. A special touch to Christmas celebration is the glow of sparkling lights. Lights play an integral part of Christmas celebration. The joy and warmth of Christmas glow also outside our house hubby had put bulb lights at the center of the tree.

Something about waking up in my own home for 2 days and seeing everything, all the surroundings that I always look daily was covered in a white layer of snow. All the trees, the sidewalks. The plenary world just looked genuinely different for a few hours. It was really, a quick-witted awakening. I could not stop looking at my window. 'The first day of snow - a view from the back of our house' The sight of the snowflakes in the second early morning made my entire day tasks powerfully clear..... Time for me to go to the nearby grocery... Ha!ha!ha! Snowflakes is an overwhelming impression of the supernatural power, that we should always be grateful!!!

I remember the first time I saw snow that was last Febraury of this year.... being a Filipina, you can imagine this was quite new experience for me. It was ridiculously incredible. I just had to leave everything else, and go outside. Nothing would ever be the same. The world was M-A-G-I-C everything became pure and captivatingly enchanted all of the sudden. Time just stopped and I all I wanted was to be there, clammed up observing... And I wanted to document the occasion... Here's my so-called phonographic writing!

I go to the supermarket twice or thrice a week.... This morning, I just went into a huge supermarket which I don't usually go. We always ate fresh fruits and vegetables at home and we try to keep this "a good habit".... so I always buy fresh products as often as I can. Here are some I have found! Huge choice of Fruits & Vegetables Cabbage mantovano ...is one that we always buy, a remarkable round cabbage with wonderful wrinkled dark green leaves. Cabbage is common autumn and winter vegetable. It contains more vitamin C than oranges, as well as a large number of minerals, iodine, sulfur, calcium, magnesium, and potassium. The outer leaves contain more Vitamin E and calcium than the inner leaves. With significant amounts of glutamine, an amino acid, which has anti-inflammatory properties.... I've learned from my medical school... LOL! Does anyone know the name of this little cabbage? I'll never forget my favorite nuts! Prunes is one of my favorite fruit. *...
